In an effort to promote social distancing & reduced contact, we will be offering curbside check in on move in day. Our friendly teammates will hand deliver everything you need to move in to your new home.

A move in bag will be hand delivered and will include keys, lease paperwork, maps, and other important move in day information that will make move in day a breeze.
CURBSIDE CHECK-IN LOCATION
Denton Student Apartments has five curbside check-in stations located at 2413 Ave H, Denton TX 76201. To ensure we are able to assist all scheduled move in for the day, we ask that you use the appointment scheduler to select an available time. You can utilize Google Maps to find our Curbside Check-in Zone
or use the map as a guide.
COMMUNITY WIDE
MOVE IN DAY SCHEDULE
Denton Student Apartments has dedicated a community wide move in day to ensure we are able to assist all scheduled move ins and provide the best possible support & customer service. Please utilize the appointment scheduler to select an available time slot for curbside check-in. We have five (5) dedicated curbside check-in spaces and are offering check-in every 15 minutes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT
MOVE IN DAY
Denton Student Apartments has 12 communities situated perfectly in the heart of the UNT Campus. Each year we assist 100's of new students transitioning to UNT who choose Denton Student Apartments as their home away from home. We know moving is not easy (or fun) and we do our very best to help make move in day as smooth as possible for you. On move in day, we have cable and internet representatives onsite to help with account set up, extra dumpster stations for easy disposal of boxes, and a team of painters, cleaners, and maintenance ready to assist with any last minute move in day mishaps. We hope the below information will help answer any looming questions and help make move in day just a little less stressful.

Denton Student Apartments is permit parking only. Parking permits will be provided to all residents during curbside check-in. No towing will be enforced during the week of the community wide move in day event unless a vehicle is causing an obvious obstruction of another vehicle, easement, or creating a life & safety concern.
We ask that upon unloading you & those assisting with your move, relocate your vehicles so other students can have the easiest access to unload their items without worry of scratching or damaging another vehicle.

We know meeting your new roommate is exciting. Due to Covid-19, we ask that you & those assisting with your move be mindful & practice preventative actions to reduce the spread of Covid-19. Social distancing, wearing cloth face coverings in shared living spaces, avoid touching your face with unwashed hands, and frequently wash your hands with soap and water should be practiced. We will have latex gloves & sanitizing wipes available, upon request, at the curbside check-in zone. We ask that you bring these items, including face masks, as supplies are limited & available on a first come, first serve basis.

TRASH
REMOVAL
There are trash dumpsters conveniently located near every building. During the community wide move in day event, we station larger roll-off dumpsters throughout our communities to assist with the disposal of boxes & other move in day refuse.
When disposing of trash, please use plastic trash bags when placing trash in the dumpsters. This will help minimize the potential of problems related to waste removal & wind blowing the trash around our community. Please break down all boxes and do not place large items such as mattresses or furniture in the dumpsters. Do not set trash outside the dumpsters. If a dumpster is full, please use another located on the property.
