submitted by Macey M. - |Recommended: YesThe quarter is a decent place to live but it has its negatives. — This is a decent place to live because it's close to campus but it’s right across the street from UNT's fraternity row so you will hear people parting and blaring music until the late hours of the night on weekends. The apartments themselves also have a roach problem so expect to see at least 1 roach in your apartment every day. As far as cleanliness around the complex, it’s not too bad but it could definitely be improved. The concrete and staircases tend to have dirt and other debris on them which if it really bothers you I guess you could take the time to sweep or clean it because it doesn't seem to be a main concern of management. Overall, I rate it a 3.5 5 stars.
